What We're Up To January 2021

JANUARY'S LIST

Hi friends!

Happy New Year!

It's finally 2021 and although we're ready to start off the year on a better note let's not forget what we've been through this past year.

One thing that feels normal is starting the New Year with a wellness kick. Every new year, we are reminded to start fresh and create new resolutions or pick up on where we left off. It's OK to take your time and do what feels right for you.

Here's to spreading more positivity and the hope of brighter days ahead! Scroll down for what we've been up to this month.

What We're Cooking: Love & Lemons Easy Peanut Noodles

The last few Sundays I've enjoyed afternoon walks in Central Park followed by an easy early dinner. Growing up, my family and I ate Chinese food every Sunday night. Love & Lemons Easy Peanut Noodles recipe brought back memories of my very own. This simple recipe offers two variations for making delicious, easy peanut noodles!

What We're Watching: Bridgerton

Shonda Rhimes is back with another tv drama. It's the new Netflix show Bridgerton. Inspired by Julia Quinn's bestselling novels, the show is set in the Regency era in London, England, and follows the powerful Bridgerton family with a Gossip Girl flare. The eight close-knit siblings look for love and happiness in high society life.

What We're Reading: Feeling Good

This year has taught us that it's important to always be mindful and aware of your feelings. Feeling Good by Dr. David D. Burns outlines the remarkable, scientifically proven techniques that will immediately lift your spirits and help you develop a positive outlook on life. Join me in looking on the positive side this year!

What Product We're Using: Linne Bath Salts

The New Year is all about taking time for yourself. One our favorite things to do is to take a bath with new Linne Botanical Bath Salts. We love supporting small businesses including Linne Botanicals. Their limited edition bath salts combine finely milled hibiscus flowers with dead sea salts to help release muscles and ease pain and inflammation.

Activities We're Doing: Mod Podge

Take a break from watching Netflix Series and HBO Shows and put on your creative thinking cap this month. Amy Bell at Positively Splendid shares tips on how to use Mod Podge like a pro!  From coaster to plain canvases and boxes, you can pretty much Mod Podge anything.

With love,

Morgan
