Morganic Bakeshop began with a vision of how dessert should be eaten: healthy, delicious, all natural and organic. Having grown up in New York she was surrounded by an unlimited number of delicious bakeries that used processed ingredients. As the oldest child with working parents she was responsible for making meals for her brother and herself. With their big sweet tooth, snacks and desserts were never a question! As she got older, she began to pay very close attention to the ingredients, seasonality and taste of her food. She had a difficult time finding healthy tasty options and wished it was easier to have access to sweet healthy snacks.
